Questions about official Hall County court dockets belong with the office that keeps the file. The Hall County District and County Clerk handles district and constitutional county-court records, while justice and municipal courts maintain their own cases. This private reference site cannot retrieve a record or alter a court date. The contacts below route each need to the proper public office.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Hall County requests should be routed by court and record type:

  • A docket sheet: try the local LGS route, then request the record from the clerk or issuing lower court
  • A court date or setting: read the latest notice and confirm the active setting with the proper clerk, coordinator, JP, or municipal court
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: search by the exact cause number and court because re:SearchTX does not cover current criminal records
  • A JP or city case: contact the justice or municipal court named on the citation rather than the county clerk

For Hall County district and county records, contact the Hall County District and County Clerk, Courthouse Annex, 101 South 9th Street, Suite 8, Memphis, TX 79245, 806-259-2627. Posted hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to noon. Because the county clerk page still shows the historic courthouse address and records may be offsite during restoration, call before visiting.
